Tiffani Teachey is a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, Certified AI Consultant, TEDx international speaker, and international best-selling author with over two decades of experience at the intersection of STEM education, leadership, and artificial intelligence. As the CEO of STEM AI Consulting™, a DBA of TAT Strategies, LLC, she helps parents, educators, professionals, and organizations harness STEM and AI to transform classrooms, careers, and industries.

Recognized as a global STEM advocate, Tiffani is the founder and editor-in-chief of STEM Crew Magazine and the host of The STEM Blueprint on WDRBmedia. She has authored multiple award-winning books, including What Can I Be? STEM Careers from A to Z, the STEM Crew Kids Adventures series, and the 10-Minute STEM Experiments series, inspiring children worldwide to see themselves as future innovators.

With 21+ years of engineering experience, Tiffani has worked at the highest levels of the STEM industry while mentoring youth, training educators, and consulting organizations. She is passionate about integrating AI into STEM pathways to build future-ready leaders, increase representation in innovation, and empower communities.

Tiffani holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management from UNC Charlotte and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at North Carolina A&T State University.
